研究目的：

1）构建针对青少年抑郁症伴非自杀性自伤患者的基于正念自我关怀的小组认知行为治疗模式。 2）通过临床随机对照研究，评价基于正念自我关怀的小组认知行为治疗对青少年抑郁症伴非自杀性自伤的临床疗效，分析该治疗模式的技术实施的可行性，可能的优势及主要的治疗性因素，探索其在精神专科医疗机构的有效性和可行性。

Objectives of Study：

1) To construct a group cognitive behavioral therapy model based on mindfulness self-care for adolescent depression patients with non suicidal self injury. 2) Through clinical randomized controlled study, evaluate the clinical efficacy of group cognitive behavior therapy based on mindfulness self-care for adolescent depression with non suicidal self injury, analyze the feasibility, possible advantages and main therapeutic factors of the technical implementation of the treatment model, and explore its effectiveness and feasibility in psychiatric medical institutions.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 过去6个月内伴有严重自杀风险或有自杀未遂行为； 2. 伴有精神病性症状； 3. 合并神经发育障碍，破坏性和品行障碍； 4. 合并严重或不稳定的躯体疾病； 5. 创伤性脑损伤史； 6. 入组前3个月之内接受过无抽搐电痉挛治疗； 7. 既往参与过冥想干预，或正在接受其他心理治疗； 8. 哺乳期、妊娠或有可能在试验期间怀孕的妇女； 9. 其他精神科医生认为不适合参与的情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Serious suicide risk or attempted suicide in the past 6 months; 2. Accompanied by psychotic symptoms; 3. Combining neurodevelopmental disorders, disruptive and conduct disorders; 4. Combined with serious or unstable physical diseases; 5. History of traumatic brain injury; 6. Received no-convulsion electroconvulsive therapy within 3 months before enrollment; 7. Have previously participated in meditation interventions, or are receiving other psychotherapy; 8. Women who are breast-feeding, pregnant or may become pregnant during the test; 9. Other situations that psychiatrists deem inappropriate to participate in.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：	问卷数据的收集采用线上程序“问卷星”方式，核对无误后采用 Excel、SPSS 等软件对数据进行保存。病例报告表在按要求完成数据导入和核查后，按编号的顺序归档保存，并填有检索目录等，以备查考。电子数据文件包括数据库、检查程序、分析程序、分析结果、编码本和说明文件等，应分类保存，并有多个备份保存于不同磁盘或记录介质上，妥善保存，防止损坏。所有原始档案应按相应规定内的期限保存。
Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：	The questionnaire data is collected in the form of online program "questionnaire star", and the data is saved by Excel, SPSS and other software after verification. After completing data import and verification as required, the case report form shall be filed and saved in the order of number, and filled with a search directory for future reference. Electronic data files, including databases, inspection procedures, analysis procedures, analysis results, codebooks and instruction documents, shall be stored by classification, and multiple backups shall be stored on different disks or recording media, properly stored to prevent damage. All original files shall be kept within the period specified.
