本研究拟通过与传统的丙泊酚相比较来评估观察环泊酚对腹腔镜下结肠癌根治术的手术患者的有效性和安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the efficacy and safety of cycpofol in patients undergoing laparoscopic radical resection of colon cancer compared with propofol.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

既往有麻醉药物过敏史、禁忌证者；长期服用阿片类药物病史；存在认知功能障碍者；家属或者患者本人拒绝。

Exclusion criteria：

Previous history of anesthetic allergy and contraindications; long-term history of opioid use; cognitive impairment; family members or patients themselves refused.
