研究目的：

探讨应用rPMS与HBO联合治疗脑卒中恢复期下肢踝关节运动功能障碍患者的临床疗效。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the clinical efficacy of rPMS combined with HBO in the treatment of lower extremity ankle motor dysfunction patients in the convalescent period of stroke.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）生命体征不稳定患者；
（2）有严重的重要脏器病变及心肌梗死、不可控高血压等并发症；
（3）严重的认知和交流障碍等不能配合；
（4）下肢缺失或本身存在肌肉骨骼系统疾病；
（5）有心脏起搏器植入、颅内金属植入物或治疗部位30cm-60cm附近有支架患者。
（6）踝关节运动相关组织发生器质性改变。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with unstable vital signs; 2. Severe important organ lesions, myocardial infarction, uncontrollable hypertension and other complications; 3. Severe cognitive and communication barriers and other inability to cooperate; 4. Loss of lower limbs or musculoskeletal system diseases; 5. Patients with cardiac pacemaker implantation, intracranial metal implants or stents near the treatment site 30cm-60cm; 6. Organic changes in tissues related to ankle joint movement.
