研究目的:

基于已有的“经食道三维超声数据源性的左心耳3D打印模型指导左心耳封堵术”研究,已经验证3D打印模型对指导左心耳封堵术的准确率高达98.9%。本次研究希望左心耳“经食道三维超声数据”通过卷积神经网络建立自动分割LAA建模系统,实现“LAA-封堵器自动匹配”,达到与左心耳3D打印模型同样的指导效果,对术前选择LAA型号封堵器品牌、型号、封堵残余漏的准确预判,为左心耳封堵术提供精准诊疗支撑。  

Objectives of Study:

Based on the existing research of "3D printed model of left atrial appendage guiding the left atrial appendage occlusion based on three-dimensional ultrasonic data source of esophagus", the accuracy of 3D printed model guiding the left atrial appendage occlusion is up to 98.9%. In this study, it is hoped that the left atrial appendage "three-dimensional ultrasonic data through the esophagus" can establish an automatic segmentation LAA modeling system through the convolutional neural network to achieve "automatic matching of LAA and occluder", so as to achieve the same guiding effect as the left atrial appendage 3D printing model, and accurately predict the selection of the LAA model and occluder brand and model before surgery, as well as the sealing residual leakage. To provide accurate diagnosis and treatment support for left atrial appendage occlusion.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1. 咽部或食管疾病; 2. 严重心血管疾病:急性冠脉综合征、严重高血压、低血压或休克等; 3. 其它系统疾病:剧烈胸痛、腹痛、咳嗽、哮喘,症状未控制者;严重感染、传染性疾病、凝血功能障碍及体质极度虚弱者; 4. 局部麻醉药物过敏; 5. 对于精神障碍或过度紧张等不能配合检查的患者。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Diseases of the pharynx or esophagus;
2. Serious cardiovascular diseases: acute coronary syndrome, severe hypertension, hypotension, or shock;
3. Other systemic diseases: severe chest pain, abdominal pain, cough, asthma, and uncontrolled symptoms; Severe infections, infectious diseases, blood coagulation dysfunction, and extreme physical weakness;
4. Allergies to local anesthetic drugs;
5. For patients with mental disorders or excessive stress who cannot cooperate with the examination.
