1.探究一种能早期无创识别前列腺癌侵袭和转移的检测技术； 2.通过该技术构建前列腺癌精准治疗体系。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To explore a detection technique that can noninvasively identify prostate cancer invasion and metastasis at an early stage; 2. To construct a precision treatment system for prostate cancer by this technology.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.研究者判断患者有可能影响随访和短期生存的其他严重疾病、任何医学原因显示在1年研究期间有显著的死亡风险； 2.在入组前3年内曾有过任何其他恶性肿瘤者； 3.无法获得研究所需临床信息； 4.其他研究者认为不适合入组的情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The investigator judged that the patient had other serious illnesses that could affect follow-up and short-term survival, and any medical cause that showed a significant risk of death during the 1-year study period; 2. Had any other malignancy within 3 years prior to enrollment; 3. Clinical information required for the study was not available; 4. Situations in which enrollment was not considered appropriate by the other investigators.
