1、明确氢气吸入疗法对蛛网膜下腔出血患者早期脑损伤的作用。 2、初步研究氢分子对蛛网膜下腔出血后早期脑损伤的影响机制

Objectives of Study：

To confirm the role of oral hydrogen-rich water in early brain injury after subarachnoid hemorrhage and try to elucidate the related mechanism.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

严重脑水肿、心功能不全、肾功能不全、Fisher评分4分、大量颅内血肿及拒绝随机分组者

Exclusion criteria：

Severe brain edema, heart dysfunction, renal insufficiency, Fisher grade IV, and rejection of randomization.
