研究目的：

研究利尿剂对慢性心力衰竭患者血清维生素C水平的影响及短期补充维生素C对慢性心力衰竭患者内皮功能的影响。

Objectives of Study：

To study the effect of diuretics on serum vitamin C levels in patients with chronic heart failure and the effect of short-term vitamin C supplementation on endothelial function in patients with chronic heart failure.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

共纳入48例住院治疗的慢性心力衰竭患者，随机将受试者分为两组。两组均接受最佳的抗心力衰竭药物治疗（包括每日给予呋塞米注射液20-40mg）。补充维生素C组在抗心力衰竭药物治疗的基础上每日静滴维生素C注射液1000mg，连续1周，而对照组仅给予抗心力衰竭药物治疗。在基线期及干预1周后分别留取血液及24小时尿液样本，检测两组血清内皮素-1、一氧化氮及24小时尿微量白蛋白等指标。

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

A total of 48 hospitalized patients with chronic heart failure were included and randomly divided into two groups. Both groups received the best anti-heart failure drug treatment ( including daily administration of furosemide injection 20-40 mg ). On the basis of anti-heart failure drug treatment, the vitamin C supplement group was given daily intravenous infusion of vitamin C injection 1000 mg for 1 week, while the control group was only given anti-heart failure drug treatment. Blood and 24-hour urine samples were collected at baseline and 1 week after intervention to detect serum endothelin-1 (ET-1), nitric oxide (NO) and 24-hour urinary microalbumin.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.排除患有慢性肾病、糖尿病、甲状腺功能减退、甲亢、急性或慢性感染、慢性肝病、妊娠、癌症和高酒精摄入史的患者； 2.排除合并有其他系统严重原发性或继发性疾病的患者； 3.排除3个月内使用过生物制剂的患者； 4.排除研究者认为不宜进行此项临床试验者； 5.排除依从性差的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients who had a history of chronic kidney disease, diabetes, hypothyroidism, hyperthyroidism, acute or chronic infection, chronic liver, pregnancy,cancer,and high alcohol intake were excluded from the the study; 2. Patients combined with severe primary or secondary diseases of other systems; 3. Patients have been using biological agents within 3 months; 4. Patients who are unsuitable for this clinical trial considered by researchers; 5. Patients who with poor compliance were excluded from the study.
