研究目的：

本研究旨在探索维生素B12、叶酸及同型半胱氨酸与脑小血管病认知功能障碍及白质病变的相关性。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to explore the ssociation of vitamin B12,folic acid and homocysteine with cognitive dysfunction and white matter lesion in cerebral small vessel disease.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 头部外伤、脑炎、癫痫、帕金森病、阿尔茨海默病、额颞叶痴呆、精神分裂症等神经或精神系统疾病； 2. 严重肝肾功能障碍或其他全身系统疾病； 3. 有酒精或药物依赖；曾口服维生素补充制剂； 4. 颅内或颅外大动脉狭窄明显者（经颈动脉彩超或头颅MRA显示狭窄≧50%）； 5. 临床评估不能实施者(如存在失明、听力障碍、失语、重度痴呆不能配合以及其他原因不能配合者)。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Head trauma, encephalitis, epilepsy, Parkinson's disease, Alzheimer's disease, frontotemporal dementia, schizophrenia and other neurological or psychiatric diseases; 2. Severe liver and kidney dysfunction or other systemic diseases; 3. Alcohol or drug dependence; Oral vitamin supplements; 4. Patients with significant intracranial or extracranial arterial stenosis (carotid color ultrasound or skull MRA showed stenosis >=50%); 5. Clinical assessment can not be implemented (such as blindness, hearing impairment, aphasia, severe dementia can not cooperate and other reasons can not cooperate).
