研究目的：

找出注射贝利单抗治疗SLE患者的结果（益处和危害）。  

Objectives of Study：

To find out the outcomes (benefits and harms) of SLE patients treated with injection belimumab.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 怀孕或哺乳； 2. 接受过任何 B 细胞靶向治疗； 3. 过去一年曾接受过生物试验药物治疗； 4. 在过去 180 天内接受了环磷酰胺治疗； 5. 患有严重的狼疮肾病； 6. 患有活动性中枢神经系统（CNS）狼疮； 7. 在过去 60 天内存在急性或慢性感染； 8. 目前有药物或酒精滥用或依赖； 9. 在既往 HIV、乙型肝炎或丙型肝炎筛查阳性或现症感染； 10. 因任何原因不同意的患者/监护人将被排除在外。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Pregnant or nursing; 2. Have received treatment with any B cell targeted therapy; 3. Have received treatment with a biological investigational agent in the past year; 4. Have received IV cyclophosphamide within 180 days of Day 0; 5. Have severe lupus kidney disease; 6. Have active central nervous system (CNS) lupus; 7. Have required management of acute or chronic infections within the past 60 days; 8. Have current drug or alcohol abuse or dependence; 9. Have a historically positive test or test positive at screening for HIV, hepatitis B, or hepatitis C; 10. Patients / Guardians who do not give consent because of any reason will be excluded.
