研究目的：

1、探究血清维生素D水平包括25羟维生素D、1，25二羟维生素D水平与血管性认知障碍患者神经心理学特征和血清铁代谢指标的相关性； 2. 借助定量磁敏感图技术，分析血清维生素D水平与VCI患者脑铁沉积、脑白质高信号和白质微结构变化的相关性。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To explore the relationship between serum vitamin D level and neuropsychological characteristics and iron metabolism markers in patients with vascular cognitive impairment; 2. Using quantitative susceptibility mapping to perform the correlation analysis between serum vitamin D level and iron deposition in the CNS, white matter hyperintensities and microstructural changes in patients with vascular cognitive impairment.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.由脑血管病以外的神经系统疾病所导致的认知障碍，如AD、帕金森病、多发性硬化、颅内感染、颅内肿瘤、颅脑创伤、药物滥用及酗酒等；
2.存在严重的失语、构音障碍、视觉和听觉损伤，无法配合完成神经心理学量表评估；
3.排除有严重焦虑抑郁的情绪问题；
4.排除可引起全身铁代谢异常或导致脑铁沉积异常的疾病，如恶性肿瘤、重度贫血、严重的肝肾功能异常、自身免疫性疾病等；
5.有头颅磁共振检查禁忌症，如体内装有心脏起搏器或其他部位金属植入物、妊娠状态、幽闭恐惧症等不能配合完成检查；
6.维生素D3摄入量大于800IU/d或补充钙摄入量大于1200mg/d。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients whose cognitive impairment are caused by other diseases except cerebrovascular diseases; 2. Patients with severe aphasia, dysarthria, visual and auditory impairment; 3. Patients with mental diseases which may affect their cooperation in the test; 4. Patients with systemic iron metabolism abnormalities or diseases that can lead to brain iron deposition; 5. Patients with contraindications for cranial MRI; 6. Vitamin D3 intake greater than 800IU/d or supplemental calcium intake greater than 1200mg/d.
