研究目的：

利用fNIRS技术检测脑卒中患者完成不同难度的单、双手任务时感觉运动皮层的激活规律，并探索影响感觉运动皮层的激活规律的因素。  

Objectives of Study：

fNIRS technique was used to detect the activation rules of sensorimotor cortex in stroke patients when they completed one-handed and two-handed tasks of different difficulty, and to explore the factors affecting the activation rules of sensorimotor cortex.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 有心肺疾病等严重系统性疾病不能耐受康复治疗者； 2. 重度抑郁症（有自杀倾向）； 3. 癫痫患者； 4. 严重的关节挛缩； 5. 严重的上肢感觉缺失； 6. 患有任何原因导致意识障碍； 7. 应用改变大脑皮质兴奋性的药物（如抗癫痫药等）。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with serious systemic diseases such as cardiopulmonary diseases who cannot tolerate rehabilitation treatment; 2. Major depression (suicidal tendencies); 3. Patients with epilepsy; 4. Severe joint contracture; 5. Severe upper limb anesthesia; 6. Suffering from any cause of consciousness disorder; 7. Use drugs that change the excitability of the cerebral cortex (such as anti-epileptic drugs, etc.).
