研究目的：

本项目将采集脓毒症儿童及对照组儿童的外周血样本，分离血清、外周血单个核细胞等样本，通过转录组、代谢组等多组学手段分析，比较对照组儿童及脓毒症病人组组学水平的差异，鉴定特定病原体感染的脓毒症儿童样本中具有显著差异的分子，并针对其在脓毒症发病中的作用机制进行深入研究，为脓毒症治疗提供新型治疗靶点，为儿童脓毒症诊疗提供新型手段。

Objectives of Study：

This project will collect peripheral blood samples from children with sepsis and children in the control group, isolate serum and peripheral blood mononuclear cells, analyze transcriptome, metabolomic and other multi-omics methods, compare the differences in omics levels of control group and sepsis patients, identify molecules with significant differences in sepsis samples infected by specific pathogens, and conduct in-depth research on their mechanism of action in the pathogenesis of sepsis, so as to provide new therapeutic targets for sepsis treatment, and to provide a new method for the diagnosis and treatment of sepsis in children.

①对照组：
a）脓毒症患儿。
b）免疫缺陷的病人。
d）无知情同意书。
②研究组：
a）免疫缺陷的病人。
b）无知情同意书。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Control group: (1) Children with sepsis. (2) Immunocompromised patients. (3) No informed consent. 2. Study Group: (1) Immunodeficient patients. (2) Lack of informed consent.
