研究目的：

1.采用随机对照试验，基于用户应用失智老人照护方案智能推荐系统，从照护问题、获益感、自我效能、照护者抑郁情绪和负担的改善情况评价等多方面完成对该系统的全方位的评估； 2.探究基于失智老人照护方案智能推荐系统对照护者获益感及照护负担的影响及机制。  

Objectives of Study：

1. A randomized controlled trial will be conducted based on the user's application of the intelligent recommendation system for the caregivers of the people with dementia, and the evaluation will be completed from aspects of care problems, benefit finding, self-efficacy, caregivers' depression and care burden; 2. To explore the influence and mechanism of intelligent recommendation system based on care scheme for the elderly with dementia on the sense of benefit and care burden of caregivers.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.最近3个月参与过照护者支持相关的干预项目； 2.所照护的患者正在参加药物试验或其他干预试验。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Participated in caregiver support related intervention projects in the last 3 months; 2. The patient under care is participating in drug trials or other intervention trials.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

研究者根据受试者的原始观察记录，将数据及时、完整、准确、清晰的计入病例报告表，录入采用相应的数据库系统双人双机录入，之后对数据库进行两遍比较。电子数据文件分类、独立保存。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

All patients' data are recorded by trained clinical researchers using a standardized case report form (CRF). Raw data should be recorded in timely and accurate manner. Copies of laboratory reports should also be kept. All CRFs are stored in locked file cabinets in areas with limited access.
