Objectives of Study：

To explore that FTO regulates the stability of CDH12 mRNA through M6A modification to inhibit the invasion and metastasis of thyroid carcinoma mediating by EMT.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）复发性甲状腺癌；
（2）合并其它恶性肿瘤疾病；
（3）妊娠及脯乳期妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Recurrent thyroid cancer;
2. Complicated with other malignant tumor;
3. Pregnant and breast-feeding women.
