研究目的：

观察经皮穴位电刺激治疗高血压的疗效及安全性、筛选理想经穴电刺激参数。

Objectives of Study：

To observe the efficacy and safety of transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation（TEAS）in the treatment of hypertension and to screen the optimal stimulation parameters of TEAS.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.继发性高血压患者：如急慢性肾小球肾炎、肾动脉狭窄、妊娠高血压综合征、嗜铬细胞瘤、原发性醛固酮增多症等；
2.具有电刺激仪使用的禁忌症：带有心脏起搏器或其他植入式器械；患有急性病、传染病及其他恶性疾病；处于妊娠或哺乳期；穴位皮肤处有破损、炎症、瘢痕等；感觉障碍或电刺激过敏等；
3.过去一个月曾服用除降压药以外可能影响血压的其他药物，如糖皮质激素等；
4.过去一年曾接受过针灸或经皮电刺激治疗者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with secondary hypertension: such as acute and chronic glomerulonephritis, renal artery stenosis, gestational hypertensive syndrome, pheochromocytoma, primary aldosteronism, etc.;
2. Contraindications to the use of electrical stimulation devices: with pacemakers or other implantable devices; suffering from acute diseases, infectious diseases and other malignant diseases; in pregnancy or lactation; breakage, inflammation, scarring, etc. at the skin of the acupuncture point; sensory impairment or allergy to electrical stimulation, etc.;
3. Have taken medications other than antihypertensive drugs that may affect blood pressure, such as glucocorticoids, in the past month;
4. Have received acupuncture or transcutaneous electrical stimulation treatment in the past year.
