研究目的：

主要研究目的：观察健康人与高血压患者静态站立时姿势刚度的差异。次要研究目的：探索高血压患者维持静态站立平衡时双侧背外侧前额叶皮层(DLPFC)、双侧前额叶（PFC）、双侧初级运动皮层（M1区）及双侧躯体感觉区（PSC）的激活和连接特点。

Objectives of Study：

The main purpose of the study was to observe the difference of posture stiffness between healthy people and hypertensive patients when standing in static state. Secondary research objective: To explore the activation and connection characteristics of bilateral dorsolateral prefrontal cortex (DLPFC), bilateral prefrontal cortex (PFC), bilateral primary motor cortex (M1 area) and bilateral somatosensory area (PSC) in hypertensive patients while maintaining static standing balance.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

Diagnostic criteria:
Patients with primary hypertension are diagnosed according to the 2020 International Hypertension Society Hypertension Management Guidelines, with systolic blood pressure ≥ 140 and/or diastolic blood pressure>=90.
Inclusion criteria for elderly hypertensive patients:
1. Subjects voluntarily participate in this study with informed consent;
2. Do not use drugs that affect posture stability (such as sedative hypnotics, gastrointestinal Antispasmodic and Tricyclic antidepressant);
3. Patients with primary hypertension are diagnosed according to the 2020 International Society of Hypertension Hypertension Management Guidelines, with systolic blood pressure>=140 and/or diastolic blood pressure>=90;
According to the WHO age classification criteria, age>=60 years old.
Healthy control group inclusion criteria:
1. Subjects voluntarily participate in this study with informed consent;
2. Do not use drugs that affect posture stability (such as sedative hypnotics, gastrointestinal Antispasmodic and Tricyclic antidepressant);
3. No history of hypertension;
4.According to the WHO age classification standards, the healthy young control age is 18-30 years old, and the healthy elderly control age is>=60 years old.

排除标准：

老年高血压患者组排除标准： 1.无法按照实验范式的要求独自站立1分钟； 2.患有其他神经、感觉或肌肉疾病（例如糖尿病、周围神经病、前庭疾病、关节炎、骨科疾病、急性感染、恶性肿瘤、小脑疾病、急性脑血管疾病、谵妄、绝症、精神疾病、严重视力或听力障碍）；健康对照组排除标准： 1.无法按照实验范式的要求独自站立1分钟； 2.患有其他神经、感觉或肌肉疾病（例如糖尿病、周围神经病、前庭疾病、关节炎、骨科疾病、急性感染、恶性肿瘤、小脑疾病、急性脑血管疾病、谵妄、绝症、精神疾病、严重视力或听力障碍）； 3.存在认知障碍（六分识别认知损害法（Six-Item Screener, SIS）＜5分或无法正常沟通； 4.既往下肢手术史； 5.妊娠期妇女； 6.研究者判断不适合入选的其他情况。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria for elderly hypertensive patients: 1. Unable to stand alone for 1 minute as required by the experimental paradigm; 2. Suffering from other neurological, sensory or muscular diseases (such as diabetes, peripheral neuropathy, vestibular disease, arthritis, orthopedic disease, acute infection, malignant tumor, cerebellar disease, acute Cerebrovascular disease, delirium, terminal illness, mental disease, severe vision or hearing impairment); Exclusion criteria for the healthy control group: 1. Unable to stand alone for 1 minute as required by the experimental paradigm; 2. Suffering from other neurological, sensory or muscular diseases (such as diabetes, peripheral neuropathy, vestibular disease, arthritis, orthopedic disease, acute infection, malignant tumor, cerebellar disease, acute Cerebrovascular disease, delirium, terminal illness, mental disease, severe vision or hearing impairment); 3. Existence of cognitive impairment (Six Item Screener (SIS)<5 points or inability to communicate normally); 4. Previous history of lower limb surgery; 5. Pregnant women; 6. Other situations that the researcher determines are not suitable for inclusion.
