研究目的：

本研究拟以MICT为对照，观察12周的HIIT干预对PDM患者代谢性指标和心肺功能的影响，并基于高通量16s rDNA测序技术比较患者干预前后粪便肠道菌群的群落组成、丰度及其相关代谢产物的含量，同时探讨VO2max与肠道菌群组成及其相关代谢产物含量变化的相关性，从肠道菌群角度初步阐释HIIT改善PDM患者心肺功能的作用机制，为HIIT在PDM早期运动康复及T2DM预防中的临床应用提供科学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, we intend to observe the effects of 12-week HIIT intervention on metabolic indexes and cardiopulmonary function of PDM patients with MICT, and compare the community composition, abundance and related metabolites of fecal intestinal flora and the content of related metabolites before and after intervention based on high-throughput 16 s rDNA sequencing technology, and at the same time explore the correlation between VO2max and changes in intestinal flora composition and related metabolite content, and preliminarily explain the mechanism of HIIT in improving cardiopulmonary function of PDM patients from the perspective of intestinal flora. To provide scientific basis for the clinical application of HIIT in PDM early sports rehabilitation and T2DM prevention.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.妊娠期或哺乳期女性； 2.患有高血压、冠心病、脑梗死等心血管疾病者； 3.患有肺气肿、哮喘、慢阻肺等肺部疾病者； 4.患有肾功能不全、急慢性肾炎等肾脏病者； 5.接受避孕药、糖皮质激素类、降脂药、二甲双胍等影响糖代谢的药物治疗者； 6.接受抗生素、化疗药物、益生菌、整肠生、谷氨酰胺等影响肠道菌群的药物治疗者； 7.吸烟和酗酒者； 8.入组前3个月内每周规律运动的时间累计超过1小时者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Pregnant or lactating women; 2. Patients with hypertension, coronary heart disease, cerebral infarction and other cardiovascular diseases; 3. Patients with emphysema, asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and other lung diseases; 4. Patients with renal insufficiency, acute and chronic nephritis and other kidney diseases; 5. Patients who received contraceptives, glucocorticoids, lipid-lowering drugs, metformin and other drugs affecting glucose metabolism; 6. Patients who received antibiotics, chemotherapy drugs, probiotics, whole bowel, glutamine and other drugs that affect the intestinal flora; 7. Smokers and alcoholics; 8. Patients who exercised regularly for more than 1 hour per week within 3 months before enrollment.
