研究目的：

本研究是基于研究者专利“一种三向吸引管结构”进行结构改良后的临床效果验证，检验其在超声洁牙患者周围空气菌落数中的改善效果，促进该吸唾器在临床的应用，改善牙科在超声洁牙过程中的空气质量，保障患者和医务人员在诊疗过程中的安全。  

Objectives of Study：

This research is based on the researcher's patent "a three-way suction tube structure" to verify the clinical effect after structural improvement, test its improvement effect in the number of bacterial colonies in the air around the ultrasonic teeth cleaning patients, promote the clinical application of the suction device, improve the air quality of the dentistry in the ultrasonic teeth cleaning process, and ensure the safety of patients and medical personnel in the diagnosis and treatment process.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.患者排除标准：
（1）6个月内接受过牙周治疗；
（2）正在服用控制炎症的药物；
（3）正在参加影响本研究结果的其它研究；
（4）合并多种口腔疾患影响诊疗时间。
2.医生、护士排除标准：
（1）正在进行规范化培训的医生或护士；
（2）同时进行2个椅位以上的操作者；
（3）同时参加其他研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Exclusion criteria for patients:
(1) Have received periodontal treatment within 6 months;
(2) Taking drugs to control inflammation;
(3) Is participating in other studies that affect the results of this study;
(4) The combination of multiple oral diseases affects the diagnosis and treatment time.
2. Exclusion criteria for doctors and nurses:
(1) Doctors or nurses undergoing standardized training;
(2) Operators with more than two seats at the same time;
(3) Other researchers at the same time.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

研究者根据受试者的原始观察记录，将数据及时、完整、正确、清晰地载入病例报告表，录入采用相应的数据库系统双人双机录入，之后对数据库进行两遍比对。电子数据文件分类保存，并有多个备份保存于不同磁盘或者记录介质上，妥善保存，防止损坏。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

According to the original observation records of the subjects, the researchers timely, completely, correctly and clearly loaded the data into the case report form, and then entered the data into the corresponding database system with two people and two computers, and then compared the database twice. The electronic data files shall be stored by category, and multiple backups shall be stored on different disks or recording media, which shall be properly stored to prevent damage.
