研究目的：

目前 POCD 的发病机制并未完全阐明，无法进行针对性预防和治疗。因此，本课题拟通过进行分组设计，采用耳穴及多模式镇痛的干预措置，力求明确耳穴压豆及多模式镇痛对于老年手术患者认知功能的影响，从而达到进一步临床推广的目的。  

Objectives of Study：

At present, the pathogenesis of POCD has not been fully elucidated, and targeted prevention and treatment cannot be carried out. Therefore, this topic intends to make clear the effects of auricular acupoint pressure and multi-mode analgesia on cognitive function of elderly surgical patients through group design and intervention measures of auricular acupoint and multi-mode analgesia, so as to achieve the purpose of further clinical promotion.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.术前合并有精神或神经系统疾患； 2.有药物依赖史； 3.有严重视觉或听觉障碍患者； 4.滥用阿片类药物； 5.未完成随访调查； 6.无法与进行有效语言沟通； 7.不能配合评分测定的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Preoperative psychiatric or neurological disorders; 2. A history of drug dependence; 3. Patients with severe visual or hearing impairment; 4. Abuse of opioids; 5. The follow-up survey was not completed; 6. Unable to communicate with effective language; 7. Patients who could not cooperate with the score determination.
