研究目的：

1.调查海口市妇女对围产期群组式护理的服务需求,了解海口市妇女围产期不同时期的重点关注主题。 2.构建、实施围产期连续性群组式护理服务流程，评价围产期连续性群组式护理服务的临床效果。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To investigate the service demands of women in Haikou for perinatal group nursing, and to understand the key themes of women in different periods of perinatal period. 2. Construct and implement the continuous group nursing service process of perinatal period, and evaluate the clinical effect of continuous group nursing service of perinatal period.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.存在精神和沟通障碍者； 2.有妊娠合并症和并发症或基础疾病的高危孕产妇； 3.使用缩宫素催产者； 4.有异常孕产史者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Subjects with mental and communication disabilities; 2. Pregnant subjects at high risk of pregnancy complications and complications or underlying diseases; 3. Those who use oxytocin; 4. Subjects with abnormal pregnancy history.(YNMT)·
