研究目的：

通过16sRNA基因测序分析急性加重期、恢复期及稳定期COPD患者气道微生态的菌群构成特征，分析慢阻肺不同时期微生态的动态变化。  

Objectives of Study：

6sRNA gene sequencing was used to analyze the flora composition characteristics of airway microecology of COPD patients in acute exacerbation, recovery and stable stage, and to analyze the dynamic changes of microecology in different periods of COPD.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.排除口咽局部病变患者； 2.不能按要求随访收集咽拭子标本的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Exclude patients with local lesions of oropharynx; 2. Patients who can't collect throat swabs can't be followed up as required.
