研究目的：

通过超声测量颈内动脉.视网膜中央动脉血流参数评估评估肝切除术中米力农诱导CLCVP液体治疗相较于硝酸甘油诱导CLCVP对脑血流灌注的影响,有效指导围术期脑血氧供需平衡管理，预防脑灌注不足引起的一系列围手术期中枢神经合并症,为临床提供参考。

Objectives of Study：

The internal carotid artery was measured by ultrasound. Evaluation of blood flow parameters of central retinal artery to evaluate the effect of milrinone-induced CLCVP fluid therapy during hepatectomy compared with nitroglycerin-induced CLCVP on cerebral blood perfusion, effectively guide the perioperative management of cerebral blood oxygen supply and demand balance, prevent a series of perioperative central nervous system complications caused by insufficient cerebral perfusion, and provide reference for clinic.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 拒绝签署知情同意书； 2. 有严重心脑血管疾病，如冠心病，严重心律失常，心肌梗死，脑出血，脑梗死等； 3. 有精神心理疾病或长期服用精神类药物等； 4. 颈内动脉解剖变异或严重狭窄或斑块； 5. 肝肾功能严重不全。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Refuse to sign informed consent form; 2. Have serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, such as coronary heart disease, severe arrhythmia, myocardial infarction, cerebral hemorrhage, cerebral infarction, etc.; 3. Have mental and psychological illness or long-term use of psychotropic drugs; 4. Internal carotid artery anatomical variation or severe stenosis or plaque; 5. Severe liver and kidney insufficiency.

Blinding：	The subjects and the anesthesiologist of the operation were double-blind: subjects did not know their grouping before the operation;the person in charge of this experiment gave the anesthesiologist milinone injection or sodium chloride injection before the operation according to the random number, but the anesthesiologist did not know the contents of the injection.
