研究目的：

基于功能性近红外光谱技术(functional near-infrared spectroscopy, fNIRS)同步监测轻度认知障碍患者在不同类型运动中认知脑区血流动力学变化，探究轻度认知障碍患者在不同类型运动中认知脑功能的改善情况及其影响机制。  

Objectives of Study：

Functional near-infrared spectroscopy (fNIRS) was used to simultaneously monitor the hemodynamic changes of cognitive brain areas in patients with mild cognitive impairment during different types of exercise. To explore the improvement of cognitive brain function in patients with mild cognitive impairment (MCI) during different types of exercise and its influencing mechanism.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 有长期酗酒或长期服用利尿剂、镇定剂、抗抑郁药、抗癫痫药等会对认知功能产生影响的药物； 2. 被诊断患有神经系统退行性疾病，如阿兹海默症； 3. 存在严重的心血管疾病（如心脏或呼吸功能不全）； 4. 存在伴有不平衡和步态障碍的肌肉骨骼疾病； 5. 使用助行工具（如拐杖）； 6. 有严重的视觉/听觉/运动障碍； 7. 其他任何会对被试者充分并安全参加锻炼和/或认知训练产生障碍的因素； 8. 运动过程中血压升高超过预期或因其他原因导致发烧不退/持续性身体疼痛致合作终止； 9. 妊娠。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Have long-term alcohol abuse or long-term use of diuretics, sedatives, antidepressants, antiepileptic drugs and other drugs that will affect cognitive function; 2. Diagnosed with a neurodegenerative disease (e.g. Alzheimer's disease); 3. Presence of severe cardiovascular disease (such as cardiac or respiratory insufficiency); 4. Presence of musculoskeletal disorders with imbalance and gait disturbance; 5. Use walking AIDS (e.g., crutches); 6. Severe visual/hearing/movement disorders; 7. Any other factors that may hinder the full and safe participation of the subjects in exercise and/or cognitive training; 8. Termination of cooperation due to increased blood pressure than expected during exercise or persistent fever or persistent body pain for other reasons; 9. Pregnancy.
