研究目的：

本研究旨在比较730nm和1064nm皮秒激光治疗颧部褐青色痣的有效性及安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this study was to compare the efficacy and safety of 730nm and 1064nm picosecond laser in the treatment of acquired bilateral nevus of Ota-like macules.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 近1个月内局部使用过维A酸类制剂、化学剥脱、漂白剂或其他美白产品治疗； 2. 近6个月内系统使用维A酸类药物、氨甲环酸； 3. 近6个月内接受过冷冻或各种激光设备的治疗； 4. 近期正在服用光敏性药物或有光敏性疾病者； 5. 局部合并有其他色素性疾病; 6. 有重要器质性病变等较严重疾病; 7. 处于妊娠期或哺乳期的女性； 8. 对治疗结果有过高预期的； 9. 瘢痕倾向者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Locally used retinoic acid preparations, chemical stripping, bleach or other whitening products within the past 1 month; 2. Systematic use of retinoids and tranexamic acid within the past 6 months; 3. Received cryotherapy or treatment with various laser devices within the last 6 months; 4. People who have recently taken photosensitive drugs or have photosensitive diseases; 5. Locally combined with other pigmentary diseases; 6. Serious diseases such as important organic lesions; 7. Pregnant or lactating people; 8. Have high expectations of treatment outcomes; 9. Scarring prone.

Patients given odd numbers were treated with 730nm on the left side of the face, while patients with even numbers were treated on their left
