研究目的：

1.本课题拟将不同剂量的羟考酮复合丙泊酚应用于行宫腔镜手术静脉麻醉的患者，通过观察患者在麻醉前，意识消失时，扩宫前，扩宫后，手术结束时和苏醒时丙泊酚的血浆浓度，苏醒时间和术中体动次数，从而探讨静脉注射羟考酮对宫腔镜手术扩宫时丙泊酚EC50和EC95的影响以及对宫腔镜手术丙泊酚总需求量的影响。 2.本课题拟通过比较不同剂量羟考酮在行宫腔镜手术静脉麻醉中丙泊酚的EC50和EC95来确定羟考酮静脉给药的最低有效浓度。

Objectives of Study：

1. This project plans to apply different doses of oxycodone combined with propofol to patients undergoing hysteroscopic surgery under intravenous anesthesia. By observing the plasma concentration of propofol before anesthesia, when consciousness is lost, before and after uterine enlargement, at the end of surgery and at the time of recovery, and the number of body movements during operation, To investigate the effect of intravenous oxycodone on propofol EC50 and EC95 during hysteroscopic surgery and the total demand for propofol during hysteroscopic surgery. 2. In this study, the lowest effective concentration of oxycodone intravenous administration was determined by comparing the EC50 and EC95 of propofol in different doses of oxycodone during hysteroscopic surgical intravenous anesthesia.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

既往顺产史；肝肾功能异常者；心肺疾病病史；睡眠呼吸暂停综合征；长期服用安定等药物；长期使用阿片类药物者；羟考酮过敏者。

Exclusion criteria：

Previous history of vaginal birth; Abnormal liver and kidney function; History of cardiopulmonary diseases; Sleep apnea syndrome; Long-term use of drugs such as diazepam; Long-term users of opioids; People allergic to oxycodone.
