研究目的：

研究牙髓血运重建技术在年轻恒牙牙外伤后伴牙根外吸收的临床疗效，探讨其应用价值，为严重牙外伤且愈后不确定的年轻恒牙诊疗中，提供了一种更具有活力的临床诊疗方法。  

Objectives of Study：

To study the clinical efficacy of regenerative endodontic procedures in immature permanent teeth with external root resorption after trauma, and to explore its application value, so as to provide a more dynamic clinical diagnosis and treatment method for immature permanent teeth with severe dental trauma and uncertain prognosis.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 因缺乏疗效或其他原因，受试者要求退出； 2. 受试者失访； 3. 纳入后依从性不良者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Subjects request withdrawal due to lack of efficacy or other reasons; 2. Subjects were lost to follow-up; 3. Poor compliance after enrollment.
