研究目的：

应用rs-fMRI技术，观察针刺对失眠症的临床疗效，并采用多模态方法，从功能层面和结构层面两个角度探析针灸治疗失眠症的神经影像机制。  

Objectives of Study：

The clinical effect of acupuncture on insomnia was observed by using rs fMRI technology, and the neuroimaging mechanism of acupuncture on insomnia was analyzed from the functional and structural perspectives by using multimodal methods.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.妊娠或哺乳期妇女；
2.因服用药物或环境改变引起的暂时性失眠；
3.因全身性疾病如疼痛、发热、手术等以及外界环境干扰因素引起失眠；
4.因服用精神活性物质引起失眠，如大量饮酒、咖啡等；
5.严重精神病患者；
6.易合并感染，或有自发性出血倾向病史者；
7.合并心脑血管、肝、肾和造血系统严重原发性疾病病史者；
8.酒精依赖患者；
9.体内有金属、有幽闭恐惧症等磁共振禁忌症。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Pregnant or lactating women;
2. Temporary insomnia caused by taking drugs or environmental changes;
3. Insomnia caused by systemic diseases such as pain, fever, surgery and other external environmental interference factors;
4. Insomnia caused by taking psychoactive substances, such as heavy drinking, coffee, etc.;
5. Patients with serious mental illness;
6. Those who are easy to be infected or have a history of spontaneous bleeding tendency;
7. Patients with a history of serious primary diseases of cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic systems;
8. Alcohol dependent patients;
9. There are metal, claustrophobia and other MRI contraindications in the body.
