通过观察氟比洛芬酯超前镇痛对开胸和微创食管癌根治术患者淋巴细胞和NK细胞的影响，探讨适合肿瘤病人的镇痛方法。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the effect of flurbiprofen ester preemptive analgesia on the lymphocytes and NK cells in patients undergoing thoracotomy and thoracoscopy radical esophagectomy, and to explore the analgesic methods suitable for tumor patients.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

采血失败，血样凝固，血样丢失，临时改变术式（腔镜转开胸，根治手术转开胸探查术）及手术延时（手术过于复杂，时间过长）

Exclusion criteria：

Geting blood failure, blood coagulation, blood loss, temporary changes in surgical procedures (laparoscopic to open thoracotomy, radical surgery to thoracotomy) and surgical delay (surgery is too complex, too long)
