研究目的：

本研究采用随机对照试验比较直刺眼外肌附着点与西医营养神经治疗后天性眼外肌麻痹的近期临床疗效、远期临床疗效和安全性，同时制定直刺眼外肌附着点的标准操作方法与流程，并研发可用于直刺眼外肌附着点的实用新型针具，便于临床推广应用。  

Objectives of Study：

This research will use randomized controlled trial to compare nutritional nerve therapy with direct irritating the attachment points of extraocular muscles of acquired extraocular muscle palsy. This research will make the standard operating methods and procedures of direct irritating the attachment points of extraocular muscles, and develop the utility model needle.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①鼻咽部占位性病变导致眼肌麻痹者；
②重症肌无力导致眼肌麻痹者；
③试验眼在3个月内进行过眼内手术者；
④试验前3个月内参加过任何药品或医疗器械的临床试验者，或计划在本试验期间参加其他临床试验者；
⑤中等或严重的肝肾功能障碍者，或合并心、肝、肾、造血系统等严重疾病及精神病患者；
⑥检查和治疗过程不能配合者；
⑦妊娠或哺乳期妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Ocular muscle palsy caused by nasopharyngeal space occupying lesions;
2. Myasthenia gravis leads to ocular paralysis;
3. Patients who underwent intraocular surgery within 3 months;
4. Those who have participated in clinical trials of any drug or medical device within 3 months before the trial, or plan to participate in other clinical trials during the trial;
5. Moderate or severe liver and kidney dysfunction, or combined with heart, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system and other serious diseases and mental patients;
6. Patients who can not cooperate examination and treatment process ;
7. Pregnant women or lactating women.
