研究目的：

1. 构建气切患者全程管理的循证护理实践方案。 2. 将气切患者全程管理的循证护理实践方案应用于临床护理实践。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To construct an evidence-based nursing practice protocol for the full management of tracheotomized patients. 2. Applying the evidence-based nursing practice protocol for the full management of tracheotomized patients to clinical nursing practice.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 气管切开前存在气道严重烧伤、气管造口周围皮肤损伤、感染者； 2. 首次住院时外院带入气切导管且合并气道出血、感染、狭窄等相关并发症的患者； 3. 患者或家属拒绝参与研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those with severe burns of the airway, peri-tracheostomy, or infected skin before tracheotomy skin injury and infection before tracheotomy; 2. Patients who brought in a tracheotomy tube from outside the hospital during their first hospitalization and had a combination of airway bleeding, infection, stenosis, and other related complications of patients; 3. Patients or family members who refused to participate in the research.
