研究目的：

探讨目标性后腹腔镜手术的可行性，减少传统后腹腔镜手术需层层分离扩开后腹腔组织显露目标器官所致的损伤。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the feasibility of target-oriented retroperitoneoscopic technique, that may be less invasive than the traditional retroperitonescopy that need desecting the retroperitoneal tissues open layer by layer to expose the target.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1）不能行后腹腔镜手术的患者； 2）存在严重的心、肺疾病，或其它手术禁忌； 3） 患者拒绝。

Exclusion criteria：

1) patients that can't be treated with retroperitonescopy; 2) with severe cardiac or pulmonary disease, or other chronic disease that result in contraindication; 3) patient refusal.
