研究目的：

1. 评估BPs、地舒单抗和特立帕肽等药物降低OI骨折发生率的效果，观察BPs和地舒单抗长期使用造成下颌骨坏死和股骨非典型骨折等不良事件的发生率，探究这些药物对中国OI患者的有效性及安全性，摸索BPs及地舒单抗适合中国儿童OI患者的用药方案。 2. 研究中国OI患者的骨外表型如听力、心血管等方面的特点，评估相关干预措施的疗效，不仅可以丰富OI的表型特点，还能进一步提高OI患者的生活质量。  

Objectives of Study：

1. to evaluate the effect of BPs, desuzumab and teriparatide in reducing the incidence of OI fractures, to observe the incidence of adverse events such as mandibular osteonecrosis and atypical femur fractures caused by long-term use of BPs and desuzumab, to investigate the effectiveness and safety of these drugs in Chinese OI patients, and to explore the suitable dosing regimen of BPs and desuzumab for Chinese pediatric OI patients. 2. To study the phenotypic characteristics of Chinese OI patients in terms of bone appearance such as hearing and cardiovascular, and to evaluate the efficacy of related interventions, not only to enrich the phenotypic characteristics of OI, but also to further improve the quality of life of OI patients.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.其他原因引起的低骨量疾病，如原发性骨质疏松症，其他原因引起的继发性骨质疏松症、低磷酸酶症、骨软化症等； 2.依从性差，不能够规律随访； 3.不愿意参加本研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Other causes of low bone mass disease, such as primary osteoporosis, other causes of secondary osteoporosis, hypophosphatasia, osteochondrosis, etc. 2.Poor compliance and inability to follow up regularly. 3.Unwillingness to participate in this study.
