研究目的：

1. 通过两组疗效对比，明确筛区甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠注射治疗周围性面瘫的优势与特点；形成疗效确切、优势突出的周围性面瘫治疗方案。 2. 通过两组疗效对比从中筛选出周围性面瘫最佳糖皮质激素给药途径的治疗方案。 3. 在国家或省级刊物发表专业学术论文1-2篇。 4. 培养硕士研究生1-2名。 5. 观察不同给药途径下糖皮质激素的副作用。

Objectives of Study：

1. Through the comparison of the efficacy of the two groups, the advantages and characteristics of methylprednisolone sodium succinate injection in the sieve area in the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis were clarified; To form a peripheral facial paralysis treatment plan with definite efficacy and outstanding advantages. 2. The treatment plan for the optimal glucocorticoid administration route for peripheral facial paralysis was screened by comparing the efficacy of the two groups. 3. Publish 1-2 professional academic papers in national or provincial journals. 4. Train 1-2 master's students. 5. Observe the side effects of glucocorticoids under different routes of administration.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 肿瘤、脑血管意外等引起的中枢性面瘫； 2. 颅后窝病变及鼻咽癌颅内转移等原因所致的面瘫； 3. 腮腺炎或中耳炎并发症所引起的周围性面瘫； 4. 颅外伤引起的周围性面瘫； 5. 妊娠或哺乳期妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Central facial paralysis caused by tumors, cerebrovascular accidents, etc.;
2. Facial paralysis caused by posterior fossa lesions and intracranial metastasis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma;
3. Peripheral facial paralysis caused by complications of mumps or otitis media;
4. Peripheral facial paralysis caused by cranial trauma;
5. Pregnant or lactating women.
