研究目的：

1. 通过文献筛选与GDM发病风险最为相关的SNPs，用于构建预测GDM患病风险的GRS模型； 2. 在本研究人群中分析该GRS模型是否与GDM患病风险相关； 3. 分析该GRS模型是否与妊娠女性孕中期胰岛素抵抗、胰岛素分泌功能相关； 4. 分析该GRS模型是否与GDM女性的治疗预后（需要胰岛素治疗的比率、产科不良结局的风险）相关； 5. 分析该GRS模型是否与GDM女性的产后血糖恢复情况有关。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Screen the SNPs most correlated with the risk of GDM through the literature, and use it to construct a GRS model for predicting the risk of GDM; 2. Analyze whether the GRS model is related to the risk of GDM in this research population; 3. Analyze whether the GRS model is related to insulin resistance and insulin secretion function in pregnant women in the second trimester; 4. Analyze whether the GRS model is related to the treatment prognosis of women with GDM (the ratio of needing insulin therapy, the risk of adverse obstetric outcomes); 5. To analyze whether the GRS model is related to postpartum blood glucose recovery in women with GDM.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 大于45岁的高龄产妇； 2. 妊娠前已经罹患1型或2型糖尿病或存在糖耐量异常； 3. 患有有呼吸系统、循环系统等重大的慢性病； 4. 既往死胎史、巨大儿、婴儿先天性异常、妊娠期诱发的或已存在的高血压的妇女； 5. 孕前BMI＜18或BMI＞30kg/㎡； 6. 孕期甲亢、在GDM诊断时存在控制不佳的甲减、甲状腺恶性肿瘤； 7. 服用影响血糖的药物； 8. 多胎妊娠。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Older women over 45 years old; 2. Suffered from type 1 or type 2 diabetes or impaired glucose tolerance before pregnancy; 3. Suffering from major chronic diseases such as respiratory system and circulatory system; 4. Women with a history of stillbirth, macrosomia, congenital abnormalities in infants, pregnancy-induced or existing hypertension; 5. Pre-pregnancy BMI < 18 or BMI > 30 kg/㎡; 6. Hyperthyroidism during pregnancy, poorly controlled hypothyroidism and malignant thyroid tumors at the time of GDM diagnosis; 7. Taking drugs that affect blood sugar; 8. Multiple pregnancy.
