研究目的：

本研究旨在探讨男性酒精依赖综合征患者在戒断的不同时期，其血浆Orexin-A水平与戒断症状严重程度、心理渴求程度的相关性，为客观的评估酒精戒断症状及心理渴求寻找生物学指标，并提供科学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the correlation of plasma orexin A level and the acute withdraw symptoms, craving in male patients with alcohol dependence.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

符合 DSM-4诊断标准中的其他精神障碍者；
患有严重的不稳定的躯体疾病及神经系统疾病者；
入选前 4 周内参与其他临床研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

Meeting the diagnostic criteria of others mental disorders of DSM-IV; Suffering the serious physical diseases or neurological diseases; Having be grouped in other clincial researches before 4 weeks ago.
