研究目的：

EMLA乳膏用于在PDL治疗中减轻疼痛,但直到现在,没有客观标准评估EMLA乳膏在PDL治疗疗效的影响。通过前瞻性自身对照研究评估局部外用EMLA乳膏在PWS的PDL治疗中对于疗效及疼痛的干预效果。  

Objectives of Study：

EMLA Cream was developed for use to reduce pain during PDL treatment, but until now, there has been no standard assessment for therapeutic outcomes of PDL with EMLA Cream. This comparative, prospective clinical trial evaluated laser efficacy and pain reduction during PDL treatment with EMLA Cream for local, topical anesthesia.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1)肺功能和肝肾功能不足。 2)患者发热或白细胞低于2500 /立方毫米。 3)其他药物的联合使用会影响血液凝固。 4)严重的潜在的系统性疾病需要治疗,直到疾病治疗完成或达到临床stablility治疗至少6个月前注册了这项研究。系统性疾病包括肺功能不足(慢性阻塞性肺病、肺炎、肺纤维化和哮喘),心脏和肝肾功能不足、感染、出血倾向、免疫疾病(系统性红斑狼疮,荨麻疹,艾滋病毒)。 5)病人以前激光治疗

Exclusion criteria：

1) Insufficient pulmonary functions and hepatorenal functions;
2) Patients with fever or WBC less than 2500 / cubic millimeter;
3) The combined use of other drugs which will affect blood clotting;
4) Serious underlying systemic disease requiring treatment until illness either completes therapy or achieves clinical stablility on therapy for at least 6 months before enrolled the study. The systemic diseases include insufficient pulmonary functions (COPD, pneumonia, pulmonary fibrosis and asthma), insufficient cardiac and hepatorenal functions, infection, hemorrhagic tendency, immunologic disease(SLE, urticaria, HIV);
5) Patient who had laser treatment before.

两个治疗区分别随机采用PDL+EMLA乳膏及PDL+安慰剂乳膏:选择一个随机序列软件程序：(http://www.dxy.cn/bbs/topic/21117904)来生成随机序列:1 - xx。随机序列号码被分配给病人。奇数：病人的测试区的上边及左边，使用PDL与外用EMLA乳膏治疗，而右边/下区测试区使用PDL搭配安慰剂乳膏。与此同时,患者分配一个偶数则相反。

The sites for treatment using PDL with EMLA cream and PDL with placebo were selected by randomization: A random sequence software program was used (http://www.dxy.cn/bbs/topic/21117904) to generate randomized sequences: 1 -xx. Random sequence numbers were then assigned to the patients.
