研究目的：

通过随访不同程度缺氧缺血性脑病患者的神经系统预后情况，为是否有必要放宽亚低温的治疗指针提供依据；比较经亚低温治疗与未经亚低温治疗的轻度HIE患者的神经系统预后，探索亚低温应用于轻度HIE是否能改善其神经系统预后；分析放宽亚低温治疗指针的风险性，为临床医师权衡亚低温治疗范围提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore whether therapeutic hypothermia can improve the neurological prognosis of mild hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy, and analyze the risk of relaxing therapeutic hypothermia treatment guidelines, to provide a basis for clinicians to weigh the scope of therapeutic hypothermia in mild hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

有除HIE以外的任何原因的新生儿脑病，如脑卒中、颅内感染、严重颅内出血、神经系统发育畸形、基因异常等。

Exclusion criteria：

Neonatal encephalopathy with any cause other than hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy, such as stroke, intracranial infection, severe intracranial hemorrhage, neurological developmental malformations, genetic abnormalities, etc.
