研究目的：

评估含PHGG肠内营养改善多发伤患者喂养不耐受及创伤后脓毒症的发生率的价值，观察肠道微生态的变化，进一步优化肠内营养结构，提高多发伤患者救治成功率。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the value of enteral nutrition containing PHGG to improve the incidence of feeding intolerance and post-traumatic sepsis in patients with multiple injuries, observe the changes of intestinal microecology, further optimize the structure of enteral nutrition, and improve the success rate of treatment of patients with multiple injuries.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 创伤病人入院时无直系亲属或监护人； 2. 妊娠和肥胖（体重＞150%理想体重）； 3. 既往有艾滋病毒感染、免疫抑制疾病或接受免疫抑制治疗病史; 4. 各种疾病终末期，如恶性肿瘤、癌症等疾病； 5. 排除既往有甲亢、肝硬化等疾病的患者； 6. 近一月使用抗生素、激素或免疫抑制剂，口服益生菌、益生元等； 7. 入院前存在感染性疾病患者； 8. 对乳蛋白过敏者； 9. 其他医护人员认为不适于参与本研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The trauma patient is admitted to the hospital without an immediate family member or guardian; 2. Pregnancy and obesity (body weight > 150 per cent ideal body weight); 3. A previous history of HIV infection, immunosuppressive disease or immunosuppressive therapy; 4. The terminal stage of various diseases, such as malignant tumors, cancer and other diseases; 5. Exclude patients with previous hyperthyroidism, cirrhosis and other diseases; 6. Use of antibiotics, hormones or immunosuppressants, oral probiotics, prebiotics, etc. in the past month; 7. Patients with infectious diseases prior to admission; 8. Those who are allergic to milk protein; 9. Other healthcare professionals who deem it inappropriate to participate in this study.

In this study, single blindness was adopted. Since medical staff could easily identify the varieties of different nutrient solutions, blindness was not set for medical staff, but for patients and data analysts.
