研究目的：

探索HPV E6/E7mRNA检测作为持续HPV感染患者的分流策略的意义，对病变或感染人群进行区分，识别不同病变级别患者中的转归和进展人群，进行临床分流，降低阴道镜转诊率，帮助临床医师提高识别及分流这部分感染人群的疾病风险预测能力，减少宫颈疾病的漏诊误诊；进一步探索HPV E6/E7mRNA检测在TCT提示 ASCUS人群中的分流作用，旨在寻求到一种灵敏度及特异性更高的宫颈癌联合筛查手段。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the HPV E6 / E7mRNA detection as a continuous HPV infection in patients with shunt strategy, the significance of the lesions or infected people to distinguish, identify outcome in patients with different lesion level and progress in the crowd, for clinical triage, decrease the rate of colposcopy referral, help clinicians improve recognition and bypass this part of the infected disease risk prediction ability, To reduce the missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis of cervical diseases; To further explore the shunting effect of HPV E6/E7mRNA detection in TCT indicated ASCUS population, so as to seek a combination screening method with higher sensitivity and specificity for cervical cancer.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.宫颈病理提示HSIL或宫颈癌； 2.全子宫切除术后； 3.资料不全者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Cervical pathology suggests HSIL or cervical cancer; 2. After total hysterectomy; 3. Information is not complete.
