第一部分：通过问卷调查法，收集大一新生心理健康、运动训练、体力活动、社会支持、生活压力等数据，通过病例对照分析，探索青春期运动训练经历对大学生心理健康的影响。第二部分：利用磁共振成像技术，对比有运动训练经历学生和普通学生大脑结构和功能的特征，探索青春期运动训练影响大脑发育和心理健康的可能机制。

Objectives of Study：

Part one: Collecting data on mental health, training experience, physical activity, social support, and life pressure in freshmen through questionnaires; using case-control analysis to explore the relationship between adolescent training experience and mental health in college students. Part two: Using magnetic resonance imaging technology to compare the characteristics of brain structure and function between students with and without training experience and to investigate possible mechanisms by which adolescent training promotes brain development and mental health.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

颅脑损伤病史怀孕或备孕智力失常，药物/酒精依赖，严重的躯体或神经疾病史，确诊过心理疾病或精神类疾病，目前正在接受抗精神病药物、激素等治疗，有磁共振或其他检查禁忌症

Exclusion criteria：

Preparing to or during pregnancy; history of craniocerebral injury, drug/alcohol dependence, severe physical or neurological illness, diagnosed mental illness or psychiatric disorders; current treatment with antipsychotic medications or hormones, and contraindications of magnetic resonance imaging or other tests.
