研究目的：

本研究拟收集200例患者的胃黏膜肠化患者和200例非萎缩性胃炎患者的胃黏活检组织、1滴指尖血和10g粪便标本，检测患者幽门螺杆菌的感染情况和感染类型，观察胃黏膜是否存在解痉多肽表达化生及化生的严重程度。此外，纳入20例无严重基础疾病的幽门螺杆菌患者，硝唑尼特治疗7天后进行幽门螺杆菌根除治疗，观察硝唑尼特对幽门螺杆菌感染导致解痉多肽表达化生的逆转效果。

Objectives of Study：

In this study, gastric mucous biopsy tissues, 1 drop of fingertip blood and 10g fecal specimens were collected from 200 patients with intestinal metaplasia of gastric mucosa and 200 patients with non-atrophic gastritis to detect the infection status and type of Helicobacter pylori in the patients, and to observe whether spasmolysis polypeptide expression metaplasia exists in the gastric mucosa and the degree of metaplasia. In addition, 20 Helicobacter pylori patients without serious underlying diseases were included and treated with nidazolide for 7 days before Helicobacter pylori eradication. The reverse effect of nidazolide on the expression of spasmolytic polypeptide induced by Helicobacter pylori infection was observed.relationship between Helicobacter pylori virulence factor CagA and the expression of antispasmodic peptides, so as to provide a new strategy for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of gastric intestinal metaplasia.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

硝唑尼特是一种硝噻柳酸酰胺的衍生物，其实际的作用机制虽尚未弄清，但被认为与抑制丙酮酸盐，铁氧化还原蛋白氧化还原酶的酶依赖性电子转移反应有关，后者对厌氧能量代谢至为重要。本品除了对隐孢子虫和肠贾第鞭毛虫之外，还对许多肠寄生虫，如贝氏等孢子虫、阿米巴原虫、人蛔虫、钩虫、毛首鞭虫、牛肉绦虫、短膜壳绦虫和肝片吸虫均有活性。知情后愿意参与硝唑尼特治疗的幽门螺杆菌感染患者，行内镜检查后，用硝唑尼特治疗7天（500mg口服，两次每天，一共七天）。

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Nidazolide is a derivative of nidazolide. The actual mechanism of its action is not yet understood, but it is thought to be involved in the inhibition of enzyme-dependent electron transfer reactions of pyruvate and ferridodoxin REDOX enzymes, which are important for anaerobic energy metabolism. In addition to cryptosporidium and Giardia intestinalis, this product is also active against many intestinal parasites, such as isosporidium bayeri, amoeba, Ascaris hominis, hookworm, Trichocephalus trichocephalus, beef tapeworm, hymenium brevis and fasciola hepatica. Helicobacter pylori patients who were informed and willing to participate in nidazolide treatment were treated with Nidazolide for 7 days after endoscopic examination (500mg orally, twice daily, for a total of 7 days).

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①　有心血管系统疾病、凝血功能异常、代谢性疾病以及精神性疾病等（高血压、糖尿病、抑郁症等)。
②　近3个月服用过抗生素或益生菌。
③　有酗酒史、吸烟史以及其他肿瘤病史。
④　处于妊娠期和哺乳期者。
⑤　既往有食道、胃肠道手术史。
⑥　其他原因不宜行无痛内镜检查者。
⑦　拒绝加入本研究的人员。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Cardiovascular diseases, coagulation disorders, metabolic diseases and mental diseases (hypertension, diabetes, depression, etc.);
2. Taking antibiotics or probiotics in the past 3 months;
3. History of alcoholism, smoking and other tumors;
4. Those who are pregnant or lactating;
5. Previous history of esophageal or gastrointestinal surgery;
6. Other reasons are not suitable for painless endoscopy;
7. Persons who refused to participate in the study.
