研究目的：

开发适合我国胰岛素治疗 2 型糖尿病患者的结构化治疗与教育课程，并探讨结构化治疗与教育课程对胰岛素治疗患者糖尿病知识水平、自我效能水平、自我管理行为、糖尿病相关压力和代谢控制的影响，为胰岛素治疗患者的糖尿病教育和管理提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

The study aimed to develop a structured treatment and education programme for Chinese type 2 diabetic patients with insulin therapy, and explore its effect on patients diabetic knowledge, diabetes self-efficacy, diabetes self-management behaviors,diabetes-related stress and metabolic control, thereby to provide evidence for education and management of Chinese type 2 diabetic patients with insulin therapy.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

怀孕或准备怀孕者;有精神异常、认知障碍者、不能合作者；合并严重糖尿病并发症（增殖性视网膜病，肾病Ⅳ期以上或者肌酐＞2mg/dl或177μmol/L，心功能Ⅲ级以上，糖尿病足1级以上）；有严重躯体疾病，如恶性肿瘤，肝、肾功能受损等；正在参加其他研究课题的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

current psychiatric disease, dementia or severe cognitive impairment, severe diabetes complications (e.g. terminal renal disease), those who pregnant or prepare pregnant.
