研究目的：

探寻影响肌肉减少人群营养相关因素，建立多学科合作管理模式，对肌肉质量已经开始减少的人群早期预防干预，防治进一步发展为肌少症，构建单位体检人员肌肉减少人群的标准营养-运动-治疗预防及干预新模型和新策略。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the related factors affecting the nutrition of the population with muscle loss, establish a multidisciplinary cooperative management model, prevent and intervene early in the population with muscle mass loss, prevent and treat the further development of sarcopenia, and establish a new model and new strategy for the standard nutrition-exercise-treatment prevention and intervention of the population with muscle loss in the unit physical examination personnel.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.诊断包含甲状腺疾病、恶性肿瘤、传染性疾病（HIV/AIDS、结核等）精神疾病等；
2.合并三种以上的疾病；
3.合并严重感染、严重外伤或近６个月行手术者；
4.口服糖皮质激素、性激素等影响骨代谢的药物；
5.无法完成量表填写及量表资料不全者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Diagnosis includes thyroid disease, malignant tumor, infectious diseases, mental illness;
2. Combined with more than three diseases;
3. Patients with severe infection, severe trauma or surgery in recent 6 months;
4. Oral glucocorticoids, sex hormones and other drugs affecting bone metabolism;
5. Unable to complete the scale and incomplete scale data.
