研究目的：

研究不同站立方式对健康老年人、脑卒中偏瘫患者和帕金森患者静态站立平衡的影响，为预测老年人跌倒风险提供较高灵敏度和操作便利的筛查工具。  

Objectives of Study：

To study the effects of varying standing positions on the static standing balance of healthy elderly, stroke hemiplegic patients and Parkinson's patients, and to provide a screening tool with high sensitivity and convenient operation for predicting the fall risk of elderly people.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

健康老年人排除标准：1. 患有影响行走的骨关节及肌肉性疾病或损伤; 2. 有严重高血压、心脏病; 3. 有精神疾病和认知语言听力功能障碍者。 脑卒中偏瘫患者排除标准：1. 合并严重器质性疾病如骨折、恶性高血压、恶性肿瘤等；2. 有影响站立平衡的中度以上的肢体疼痛、视力障碍等；3. 偏侧空间忽视或偏盲；4. 小脑病变或影响双侧肢体功能的脑干病变；5. 严重精神疾病； 帕金森患者排除标准： 1. 包括骨折、肿瘤、脑血管病、药物和脑积水等所继发的各种帕金森氏综合征，2. 曾发生影响站立平衡功能的骨骼肌肉疾病和脑血管疾病；3. 头颅影像学检查筛查存在急性脑血管病；4. 心力衰竭、冠心病、严重高血压和其他严重医学疾病；5. 其他情况不能配合的人员。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria for healthy elderly: 1. having bone joint and muscle diseases or injuries that affect walking; 2. Serious hypertension and heart disease; 3. People with mental illness and cognitive language hearing impairment. Exclusion criteria for stroke patients with hemiplegia: 1. severe organic diseases such as fracture, malignant hypertension, malignant tumor, etc; 2. Moderate or more limb pain and visual impairment affecting standing balance; 3. Lateral spatial neglect or hemianopsia; 4. Cerebellar lesions or brain stem lesions affecting bilateral limb functions; 5. Serious mental illness; Exclusion criteria for Parkinson's patients: 1. various Parkinson's syndromes secondary to fractures, tumors, cerebrovascular diseases, drugs and hydrocephalus, 2. skeletal muscle diseases and cerebrovascular diseases that have affected standing balance function; 3. There were acute cerebrovascular diseases screened by skull imaging examination; 4. Heart failure, coronary heart disease, severe hypertension and other serious medical diseases; 5. Personnel who cannot cooperate under other circumstances.

由项目组成员招募健康老年人、脑卒中偏瘫患者和帕金森患者，入组后干预方法先后均采用简单随机法，通过随机抽签确定不同站立方式干预先后。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

The healthy elderly, stroke hemiplegia patients and Parkinson's patients were recruited by the project team members. After enrollment, the intervention methods were all adopted the simple random method, and the different standing methods were randomly drawn to determine the intervention sequence.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

研究者依据受试者的原始观察数据，将数据及时、完整、正确、清晰的录入病例报告表，录入采用的数据库系统，之后对数据库进行两遍对比。电子数据文件分类保存，并有多个备份存在于不同磁盘或记录介质上，妥善保存，防止损坏。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Based on the original data of the subjects, the researchers entered the data into the case report form in a timely, complete, correct and clear manner. The database system used for the entry was ResMan, and then the database was compared twice. Electronic data files are classified and stored, and there are multiple backups on different disks or recording media, which are properly stored to prevent damage.
