研究目的：

1.评价中国本土化正念干预课程对中国孕产妇心理状况和相关生理指标的干预效果； 2.初步探索正念干预课程起效的可能生理机制。

Objectives of Study：

1. To evaluate the effect of Chinese localized mindfulness intervention course on psychological status and related physiological indicators of pregnant women in China; 2. To preliminarily explore the possible physiological mechanism of the effect of mindfulness intervention course.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.现患严重精神疾患（包括精神分裂症、躁狂症、重度抑郁症、焦虑障碍和其他精神病性障碍）或智力障碍，对问卷理解困难，无法配合完成； 2.有反复性流产史及早产史或癫痫病史； 3.有严重甲状腺功能异常者（服用优甲乐后，甲状腺功能依然异常者）； 4.有严重糖尿病者（饮食控制不佳，正在使用胰岛素治疗者）； 5.正在同时进行心理治疗，包括任何个体或团体形式的心理治疗；正在服用精神类药物，或者打算在课程干预期间进行任何形式的心理干预者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Currently suffering from severe mental illness (including schizophrenia, mania, major depression, anxiety disorder and other psychotic disorders) or intellectual disability, difficulty in understanding the questionnaire and inability to complete it; 2. With a history of recurrent abortion, preterm birth or epilepsy; 3. With a severe thyroid dysfunction(Thyroid function remains abnormal after taking Euthyroxine); 4. With severe diabetes(Pregnant women with poor dietary control who are taking insulin therapy); 5. Ongoing psychotherapy, including any individual or group psychotherapy; taking psychotropic medications or intend to undergo any kind of psychological intervention during the course intervention.
