研究目的：

1.利用脑电非线性分析（EEG-NDA）和事件相关电位（ERP）对不同层级意识水平pDOC患者的额顶意识基础网络和额颞言语高级网络进行客观量化分析； 2.观察针对不同层级pDOC患者tDCS治疗方案的促醒疗效； 3.研究tDCS对不同层级的pDOC患者的促醒机制。  

Objectives of Study：

1. EEG nonlinear dynamics analysis (EEG NDA) and event related potentials (ERP) were used to objectively quantify the frontoparietal awareness basic network and frontotemporal speech high-level network of pDOC patients with different levels of consciousness; 2. Observe the effect of tDCS treatment on different levels of pDOC patients; 3. To study the mechanism of tDCS on different levels of pDOC patients.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.生命体征不稳定；
2.明显的交通性或梗阻性脑积水；
3.严重的脑干损伤或损伤局限于脑干；
4.严重的痉挛（导致严重的肌电干扰）
5.存在tDCS治疗禁忌（如癫痫、颅内金属异物、刺激部位皮肤损害等）。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Unstable vital signs;
2. Obvious traffic or obstructive hydrocephalus;
3. Serious brain stem injury or injury is limited to the brain stem;
4. Severe convulsion (causing serious EMG interference);
5. There are contraindications to the treatment of tDCS (such as epilepsy, intracranial metal foreign bodies, skin damage at the stimulation site, etc.).
