研究目的：

主要目的：在治疗期间或结束后，鉴定哪些标记物可以预测肿瘤控制率、QoL和治疗副作用。前瞻性地收集和储存生物与影像、剂量样本，建立由广泛存储库和前瞻性临床相关数据组成的生物、影像、剂量库。次要目的：鉴定哪些影像学特征或者病理学标记物可预测肿瘤反应、肿瘤控制率、无病生存期（DFS）和总生存期（OS）。主要终点指标：1年肿瘤控制率（LC）；次要终点指标：总体生存率（OS）、无远处转移生存（DFS）、无局部复发生存（LFS）、常见毒性反应。  

Objectives of Study：

Primary objective: To identify which markers predict tumor control rates, QoL, and treatment side effects during or after treatment. Prospectively collect and store biological and imaging and dose samples, and establish a biological, imaging, and dose library composed of a wide repository and prospective clinically relevant data. Secondary objective: To identify which imaging features or pathologic markers predict tumor response, tumor control rate, disease-free survival (DFS), and overall survival (OS). Primary endpoints: 1-year tumor control rate (LC); Secondary endpoints: overall survival (OS), survival without distant metastases (DFS), survival without local recurrence (LFS), common toxicity.

（1）身体功能良好、选择手术的病人
（2）肺结节为良性

Patients who are in good conditions and choose to have surgery
