研究目的：

探讨高频重复经颅磁刺激联合电针技术治疗脑卒中后偏瘫肩痛的疗效。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the effect of high-frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with electroacupuncture in the treatment of hemiplegic shoulder pain after stroke.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 病情加重或出现新发病灶患者； 2. 针灸针过敏病史患者； 3. 无法完成指标评估者，如严重失语、严重认知障碍、视听障碍、文盲等； 4. 合并有严重心血管、肝、肾、和造血系统等严重原发性疾病； 5. 正在参加影响本研究结果的其他临床实验者； 6. 有心脏起搏器或人工耳蜗植入物，植入装置（例如深部脑刺激器，脑室腹腔分流器）或金属在脑中（例如动脉瘤夹）； 7. 存在rTMS禁忌证； 8. 存在不可控因素，中途退出研究的。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with aggravated disease or new lesions; 2. Patients with history of acupuncture needle allergy; 3. Those who cannot complete the evaluation of indicators, such as severe aphasia, severe cognitive impairment, audio-visual impairment, illiteracy, etc.; 4. Complicated with serious primary diseases of cardiovascular, liver, kidney, and hematopoietic system; 5. Other clinical experimenters who are participating in the study and influencing the results of this study; 6. Have a pacemaker or cochlear implant, implant device (e.g. deep brain stimulator, ventriculoperitoneal shunt) or metal in the brain (e.g. aneurysm clip); 7. There is contraindication of rTMS; 8. Withdrawal from the study due to uncontrollable factors.
