研究目的：

通过真实世界研究总结脑胶质瘤患者术后复发的现代医学特点和中医证候、体征，观察以手术、放疗和/或化疗、中药益气祛瘀解毒方为主体组成的中西医协作方案的疗效，为临床应用提供循证学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

Summarize the modern medical characteristics, traditional Chinese medicine syndromes, and physical signs of postoperative recurrence in glioma patients through real-world research, observe the therapeutic effects of a collaborative plan of Chinese and Western medicine consisting mainly of surgery, radiation therapy, and/or chemotherapy, and traditional Chinese medicine tonifying qi, removing stasis, and detoxifying formulas, and provide evidence-based basis for clinical application.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

① 诊断为脑内转移瘤的者；
② 有脑内感染性病变的者；
③ 诊断为淋巴瘤的患者；
④ 其他神经上皮来源的肿瘤；
⑤ 已经出现严重的肝、肾功能障碍者；
⑥ 有严重的心脑血管病史者；
⑦ 有相关药物过敏史者。

Exclusion criteria：

① Those diagnosed as brain metastasis;
② Those with infectious diseases in the brain;
③ Patients diagnosed as lymphoma;
④ Other neuroepithelial tumors;
⑤ Those with severe liver and kidney dysfunction;
⑥ Have a history of serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases;
⑦ Have a history of drug allergy.
