研究目的：

探讨在80KV低管电压下超低固定管电流联合iDose迭代重建技术在婴幼儿肺部低剂量CT扫描的可行性。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the feasibility of an ultralow fixed tube current combined with the iDose? iterative reconstruction technique at an 80 KV low tube voltage in low-dose CT scanning of infant lungs.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.影像诊断为大量气胸、胸腔积液、肺实变、大块实质性肿瘤、严重胸廓畸形的患儿；
2.严重心肝肾功能不全、对碘剂过敏、在14天内做过增强CT或输入过碘对比剂的患儿。

Exclusion criteria：

1. With an imaging diagnosis of no massive pneumothorax, no pleural effusion, no lung consolidation, no large substantial tumors, no severe thoracic deformities, no severe cardiac abnormalities, no hepatic and renal insufficiency;
2. No allergy to iodine, and no enhanced CT or iodine contrast input within 14 days.
